Oshkosh pandemic diary April 12: A third inmate at OCI has tested positive; state reports two more local cases

Twelve inmates at Oshkosh Correctional Institutional have been tested for COVID-19 as of Friday. 
A third inmate at Oshkosh Correctional Institution has tested positive for COVID-19, according to the Department of Corrections.

In all 12 inmates have been tested as of Friday, with eight coming back with negative results and one test still pending.

The Winnebago County Health Department did not update its count of positive test results Sunday, but the state Department of Health Services said it now has 27 positive reports for the county, up two from Saturday.
